This is a unique and spectacular property located in the province of Bocas del Toro, in the heart of the Panamanian Caribbean, on continental land and located on a peninsula that allows it to have 'two seas' and very different environments, although in both the seabeds are coral. Like most of the territory of this province, there is no access road and access is by sea, so it has three docking piers (in one of them there is a large double-height ranch) and another interior one for small boats. The forest mass is enormous, with trees over thirty meters high and others made of noble wood such as teak or local species such as bloodwood, oak, palms, cocoa, mangoes, bananas, etc. It has two 'eyes' of water with small lagoons to have water reserves, it also has a larger lagoon where aquatic birds come. The edges that face the sea and those of the drainages that the property has are protected with rocks to prevent erosion. The property has roads consolidated with rough stone that run throughout its length and two areas for storing materials with a landing ramp for possible projects or improvements that may be wanted to be carried out. The distances by sea to the two most important urban centers are 20 minutes to Almirante and 25 minutes to Bocas del Toro on Isla Colon. OPPORTUNITY FOR INVESTORS Originally, with the previous owners, the development of a tourist project with interior parceling in a similar way to others that exist in nearby farms began on the farm. Once it became our property, it has simply been improved as a recreational farm in the form of a 'large garden'.
